Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Quality Engineer to join our dynamic Corporate Quality Management Systems team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the semiconductor industry and software systems design, with a proven track record in auditing and improving software development processes. This role requires a deep understanding of various international standards and frameworks, as well as hands-on experience in software quality assurance and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct audits of Software Development Process Capability and Software Process Improvement and Capability Determination.
• Audit CMMI Software capability schemes and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 90003 (ISO 9001 interpretation for software development).
• Perform ASPICE Process Capability Assessor Audits.
• Oversee compliance and engineering competencies with international standards for software development such as ISO / IEC 15504, ISO / IEC 33020-2019, and ISO / IEC / IEEE 12207
• Familiarity with open-source licensing and security verification process capability auditing
• Maintain audit competency per ISO 19011
• Familiarity with AIAG CQI-34 Software Assurance Approval Process and VDA 2 - Production Process and Product Approval for Software
• Developing qualification procedures for software suppliers
• Conduct audits of Agile Development process
• Conduct audits of V-model requirements management in tools such as JAMA.
• Audit DevOps capabilities and software supply chain effectiveness .
• Validate Software BOM and ensure compliance with industry standards for software configuration management.
• Conduct new software system product s development audits.
• Conduct or support hardware system audits as applicable
