Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and manage front desk email correspondence
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Assist with onboarding tasks and office supply inventory

1–2 years of front desk or administrative experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent required
