Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Patient-Centered Treatment

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be the expert in helping patients master the activities of daily living :

• Evaluation & Treatment : Evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, or developmental conditions that directly impact their ability to perform daily activities.
• Personalized Plans : Develop and implement highly individualized treatment plans complete with measurable goals designed to maximize patient function.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration : Collaborate closely with physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure cohesive and continuous patient care.
• Documentation : Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress and outcomes in accordance with clinic standards and regulatory requirements.
