We are seeking enthusiastic, career-minded professionals to join our Inside Sales Team in Morrisville, NC as a Mid-Market Client Leader for our team of Mid-Market Client Managers.The Mid-Market Client Leader position will be responsible for developing sales talent, uncovering opportunities, selling the benefits of the full catalogue of Lenovo products and selling against the competition. This individual will lead a department of Mid-Market Client Managers in selling Lenovo products, services, solutions to clients through outbound phone calls and on-site customer meetings. Responsibilities include : Develop and cultivate client relationships as well as achieving profit and revenue objectivesBe a leader in building and developing processes driving client satisfaction, operational efficiency, new account development, repeat sales, product upgrades, problem resolution, sales campaign programs, and business controls to maximize resultsEnsure that products, services and solutions recommended to clients will fulfill their needsManage a team of Mid-Market Client Managers responsible for Acquisition and the Retention and Development of customersManage all aspects of complex sales and drive to close. The successful candidate will have demonstrated team building and leadership experience.10% travel required quarterly Basic Requirements : BS or BA degree6 + years of previous field (outside) sales experience and inside sales experiencePreferred Requirements : 2+ years of previous sales team leadership and / or managementPC Industry / IT Hardware sales preferredMust have worked in a quota-carrying sales environmentExcellent communication, collaboration skills, and ability to influence others.Demonstrated experience in showing quarter over quarter growth in sales revenue with large accounts The salary range for this role is $130,000-$175,000 per year, with 60% as base salary and the remaining 40% tied to commission.
