Shift : 12-hour night shifts (7p - 7a), 6 shifts per bi-weekly pay period

Weekend / Holiday : Every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation

Guaranteed Hours : 36 per week

On-Call : No on-call required

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1910 - $1960

Emergency Room Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – eligible for Wisconsin healthcare jobs

Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience

Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)

Ability to work night shifts and rotating weekends / holidays

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

ER RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department

Assess, triage, and monitor patients with acute and urgent medical conditions

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as ordered

Accurately document patient care and nursing assessments

Respond rapidly to emergency situations and provide life-saving care

Maintain a safe, efficient, and supportive environment for patients and staff
