Previous supervisory experience. $60,000 - $80,000 Bi-Weekly Pay Dates Incentive Bonus Program PTO, 401(k), Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance
Marketing Program Manager
Develop and execute marketing programs, promotions, special events and entertainment campaigns.
Job Responsibilities :
- Understand and adhere to all Horseshoe Casino and Marketing Department standards, policies and procedures.
- Obtain a strong understanding of the Internal Control Systems (ICS) and Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS).
- Responsible for developing and executing marketing programs, promotions, special events, and entertainment campaigns.
- Input player tracking information into the Casino Management System.
- Assist in promoting special events, promotions, entertainment, and VIP parties to guests.
- Review and approve marketing promotions.
- Perform special projects as assigned by the Director of Marketing.
- Perform all tasks that may be assigned in the future.
