Delivery Solutions Architect

At Databricks, we empower customers to solve the world's toughest data problems using the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. As a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA), you will collaborate with sales and field engineering teams to accelerate adoption and growth of the platform, ensuring customer success by guiding complex customers through the adoption journey.

Impact You Will Have

Engage with Solutions Architects to understand priority customer use cases.

Lead the post-technical win strategy, driving deployment and success of Databricks use cases in strategic accounts.

Act as technical lead across all Databricks products for assigned customers.

Manage technical issues related to rollout and production, often across multiple large organizations.

Leverage internal resources and coordinate with Professional Services for accelerated delivery.

Navigate product and engineering teams for new product innovations, previews, and upgrades.

Develop end-to-end execution plans covering enablement, adoption, cost control, and governance.

Provide KPI reporting on usage, health, risk, and adoption to leadership.

This role is eligible for remote work.

What We Look For

5+ years of experience leading technical project or program delivery in Data and AI.

Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.

Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting role.

Strong understanding of distributed data systems architecture.

Ability to attribute business value to project deliverables.

Technical program management skills, including stakeholder and resource accountability.

Experience resolving escalations with senior executives.

Track record of overachievement against goals.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Pay Range Transparency

Base salary ranges : $161,300—$225,800 USD (Zone 1–4). Eligible for annual bonuses, equity, and benefits. For full compensation details visit the Databricks website.
