Principal Computational Social Scientist

A company is looking for a Principal Computational Social Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

Research, develop, and implement computational social-science models for integration into the platform

Apply quantitative methods to understand network structures and global supply chain dynamics

Manage multiple projects and communicate progress across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications

PhD in a related quantitative field with 5+ years of experience, or Master's with 7+ years, or 10+ years of relevant experience

Demonstrated expertise in quantitative modeling across social, organizational, or physical systems

Proficiency with Python, Jira, Git, and related analytical tools

Experience thriving in fast-paced, cross-disciplinary environments

Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
