A company is looking for a Program Manager, Expert (Agile Coach / Lean) - Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Agile coaching and facilitate Agile maturity assessments to enhance team performance
Lead and coordinate complex IT programs, ensuring alignment with business strategies and timely delivery
Implement Lean Portfolio Management practices and champion value management across initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
8 years of job-related experience
Agile coaching experience
Project management experience
Desired : Master's Degree in a job-related discipline or equivalent experience
