What You Will Do :
GFT is seeking Regional Office Operations Managers to join our Office Operations team in the West, Central, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast regions of the country. The GFT Strategic Services team, including Human Resources, Legal, Accounting & Finance, Office Operations, IT Services, and Marketing & Communications, is essential for managing and supporting the company's global operations. Strategic Services is part of a broader strategy to transform the business and improve efficiency. The support of this amazing team of professionals is the backbone of our ability to deliver infrastructure consulting and design services.
What You'll Be Challenged To Do :
As a Regional Office Operations Manager, you will oversee the office operations across a portfolio of offices within a defined geographic region. This role manages, leads and supports Senior Office Administrative Managers and Office Administrative Managers, ensuring consistent operational standards, resource planning, and performance across locations. You will collaborate closely with the Office Operations Manager to execute corporate wide strategies, programs, and process improvements. What You Will Bring To Our Firm :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Facilities Management, or related field.
10-15+ years of progressive experience in office operations or facilities management, including multi-site leadership.
Management, supervisory and leadership experience.
Skilled ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and manage complex operations.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Vision to identify, analyze, communicate, and implement process improvements.
Experience supporting national initiatives and contributing to enterprise-wide strategies.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced ability to exercise sound judgement and professional discretion.
Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite / O365 applications.

Employment Status : Full-Time
Salary Range : $85,000 - $100,000 Salary dependent upon experience and geographic location
