Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan is seeking a Therapist - In Training to support children, adults, and families through our Family Preservation Program . This part-time, benefit-eligible role (32 hours / week) serves Trempealeau County and has the potential to grow into a full-time position.

Provide in-home therapy to youth, adults, and familiesConduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plansDeliver strength-based, evidence-informed therapeutic servicesAttend recovery team meetings and participate in clinical supervisionDocument services and maintain timely recordsTravel to community settings including homes and schoolsWhat You'll Need :
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related fieldPracticum experience aligned with LSS servicesEligibility for a WI "in training" license (APSW, LPC-IT, MFT-IT)Valid driver's license and reliable transportationPerks & Benefits :
