About the Role :

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide thoughtful, personalized care tailored to each resident's Plan of Care. You’ll monitor and track changes in residents’ conditions and needs, proactively communicating updates to the care team to ensure the highest quality of life. Your strong clinical skills and compassionate nature will make a profound difference every single day.

What You’ll Do :

• Deliver resident-centered nursing care based on individualized plans
• Monitor health status and communicate changes effectively
• Use medical software and technology to document and coordinate care
• Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and team members
