Job Overview :

  • QED Automation LLC is seeking a driven and self-motivated Commission-Only Sales Representative to join our team.
  • This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a passion for technology and a proven track record in selling complex, custom-engineered products.
  • As a sales representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales for our custom automation equipment and solutions.
  • This position is remote, with flexible working hours, offering unlimited earning potential through commission-based compensation.
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and engage with potential clients across industries who need custom automation equipment and solutions.
  • Understand client needs and work closely with our engineering team to propose and sell tailored automation solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to design and implementation.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Qualifications :

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in selling custom-engineered solutions, industrial automation, or related industries.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical clients.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Highly motivated by commission-based compensation.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to design and sell custom solutions.
  • Previous experience in a commission-only sales role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is preferred.
