Job Overview :
QED Automation LLC is seeking a driven and self-motivated Commission-Only Sales Representative to join our team.
This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a passion for technology and a proven track record in selling complex, custom-engineered products.
As a sales representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales for our custom automation equipment and solutions.
This position is remote, with flexible working hours, offering unlimited earning potential through commission-based compensation.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and engage with potential clients across industries who need custom automation equipment and solutions.
Understand client needs and work closely with our engineering team to propose and sell tailored automation solutions.
Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to design and implementation.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications :
Proven sales experience, preferably in selling custom-engineered solutions, industrial automation, or related industries.
Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical clients.
Self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
Highly motivated by commission-based compensation.
Ability to understand customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to design and sell custom solutions.
Previous experience in a commission-only sales role is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is preferred.
