WI Occupational Therapist License

\nAHA BLS required

\nCharting : Epic experience preferred.

\nMinimum Experience (yrs in specialty) : 1+ year OT in hospital setting.

\nExperience providing Occupational therapy services in acute, subacute, and outpatient settings is preferred.

\nOur COTA currently provides lymphedema services under the supervision of our PRN OT / R who is also lymphedema certified. Experience in this area is helpful, but not required.
