As the market Construction Manager, you will be responsible for building a world class FTTH network for our retail clients.

Responsibilities

• Market lead for NOVOS Fiber's FTTP construction program.
• Accountable for meeting aggressive construction goals and high-quality standards.
• Ensures compliance with company Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to achieve company performance objectives.
• Collaborates with project management team on project scope, forecasting, scheduling, budget tracking, and stakeholder management.
• Communicates regularly with various stakeholders on project dependencies, timeline, milestones, and progress.
• Manages vendor partners. Focused on providing guidance, removing roadblocks, helping our partners be successful, and holding them accountable for meeting our expectations.
• Communicates regularly with senior leadership regarding problems or issues impacting production.
• Ensures adequate scheduling and staffing to meet the needs of the business.
• Other duties as assigned.
