Job descriptionNC license Board Certified or Board Eligible in OBGYN ACLS Clean history Start Date : ASAP End Date : Ongoing Type of Coverage : Call Only Schedule : 24-hour call shifts as assigned Call Type : Beeper Call Response Time : 30 minutes Call Ratio : 1 : 3 EMR : Paragon Patients Per Shift : 2-5 Admissions : 1 Call Back : ~60% Phone Consults : 3-6 Department Beds : 11 Support Staff : 3 RNs, 15 office staff Low- and high-risk pregnancy management FHR interpretation and OB ultrasounds (Level I & II) Amniocentesis Vaginal, forceps-assisted, C-sections, breech, multiple births Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations Surgical gynecology : open, laparoscopic (minor), operative / major procedures Rates : Not published - facility is accepting bids Malpractice : Provided and paid for by Archway Locums Travel Expenses : Reimbursed
