Job description

Job Title : Desktop Support Engineer (Windows Active Directory MDM PowerShell Security & Imaging)

Location : New York NY Onsite

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications :

  • Extensive experience in Desktop Support providing end-user assistance and resolving hardware software and network issues in enterprise environments.
  • Strong technical background in system design build testing and debugging with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions for secure configuration and administration of mobile endpoints.
  • Skilled in Active Directory (AD) management including Group Policy configuration and user account administration.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts including DHCP VLANs ACLs firewalls and VPN technologies.
  • Proficient in Windows 7 and Windows 10 environments (including 64-bit OS) with experience in system configuration maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of scripting and automation preferably using PowerShell for administrative and support tasks.
  • Experience with client-based security management tools including antivirus software PKI HDD encryption and general endpoint hardening practices.
  • Recent experience with Windows image deployment using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT).
  • Advanced troubleshooting expertise in VPN connectivity multi-factor authentication (2FA) and network printing issues.
  • Familiar with cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards for endpoint and network security.
  • Practical experience supporting and maintaining Intel workstation hardware and operating systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with demonstrated success in diagnosing and resolving both hardware and software issues.
  • Proven engineering experience in research analysis planning and implementation of technical solutions.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Windows or related technologies are highly preferred.
