Job Title : Business Systems Analyst

Pay rate : $60 - $68 per hour

Duration : 12 months plus (Possibility of temp to hire)

W2 contract only (No C2C)

Location- Irvine, CA, 92618

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in master data management within ERP systems (specifically NetSuite ) and expertise in SQL , which is essential for extracting data and building KPI dashboards .

This role will own and manage the department’s KPI dashboard , supporting functions across demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management . The ideal candidate will help us maintain an operational focus by providing easily accessible KPIs for daily performance monitoring and decision-making.

• ERP System Expertise (NetSuite)
• Strong SQL Skills – to extract, manipulate, and manage data
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Data Analytics & Dashboard Development
• Ability to interpret and tell the story behind the data
• Build dashboards that reflect critical supply chain KPIs
• Power BI (required); Tableau (a plus but not required)
• Supply Chain Knowledge – must understand key metrics and operational data in planning and inventory
• Experience Required : Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights
