About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive School Director to lead the launch and management of a brand-new preschool community. The successful candidate will be responsible for enrollment management, team staffing and development, operational and financial management, family and community engagement, and ensuring quality assurance, safety, and compliance. This hands-on leadership role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for early childhood education, capable of inspiring and managing a diverse team, and maintaining high standards of educational quality, compliance, and community engagement. The Executive School Director will also be the primary sales leader, driving enrollment to meet targets, and will play a critical role in shaping the school's success and reputation.
Applicants for the Executive School Director position at the company's preschool must meet the Director Qualification Required Education / Certifications, including a Bachelor’s degree and ECE Director Level 2 certification. A Master’s degree is preferred, and a degree in a related field is also a plus. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in licensed childcare, with at least one year in a director or supervisory role, and a proven track record in team management, operational oversight, and community engagement. Strong leadership, financial, organizational, and communication skills are essential, as is proficiency in relevant software. The role demands a leader who can problem-solve, manage time effectively, and engage with families, team members, and community partners to foster trust, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.
