A company is looking for a Patient Access Specialist. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the SmartAccess Program, including prior-authorizations and appeals Develop relationships with healthcare professionals to provide reimbursement support and relay relevant information Conduct internal training for new hires and troubleshoot complex cases with stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2-5+ years of experience with prior-authorizations and appeals Knowledge of patient access programs and experience with Spinal Cord Stimulation is preferred Experience working with Salesforce HealthCloud Strong understanding of billing, coding, and medical insurance terminology
