Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Internal Float Pool!

As a vital member of our nursing team, you'll thrive in a dynamic environment that offers variety, challenge, and opportunities for growth. Our Internal Float Pool allows you to work across multiple specialties while providing high-quality patient care to those in need.

Key Details :

Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25
Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215
Shift : 3rd Shift (7 PM - 7 AM)
Schedule : Self-Scheduled, FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts), Requires 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, 1 Weekend, and 2 Holidays per 6-week schedule.

Your Role :

In this role, you will :

Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care by floating between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units.

Quickly adapt to diverse unit workflows while maintaining clinical excellence.

Participate in training for ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and Charge Nurse cross-training.

What We're Looking For :

Minimum 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).

Flexibility to meet scheduling requirements.

Required Qualifications :

Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.

Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification (American Heart Association).

Completion of an accredited nursing program.
