Elements Massage ® Sales Team Leader Benefits :

18 - $21 per hour plus sales commission and bonus structure

Qualifications - A GREAT leader believes in the therapeutic benefits of Massage Therapy, and has the following :

Experience in team management including but not limited to experience as a sales lead, sales manager and / or operations manager

Has excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring daily operations run smoothly

Implement structure, policies, and standard operating procedures

Create and maintain a culture of sales

Customer service oriented

Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectations, Studio and team member goals, and delegate effectively

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence and professionalism

Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays

Passion for training and motivating teams and able to lead by example

MindBody Software experience a plus
