What You'll Do

As a Residential RN, you'll play a vital role in coordinating and managing healthcare services. You'll provide nursing assessments, deliver direct care, and oversee LPNs and direct support staff. You'll collaborate with healthcare providers, schedule and coordinate appointments, and ensure safe, accurate medication administration. Most importantly, you'll help foster independence, wellness, and quality of life for the people we support.

What We're Looking For

• Licensed RN, currently registered with the New York State Education Department.
• Two years of experience in acute or long-term care preferred (but we welcome and train new graduates!).
• Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills.
• A passion for supporting people with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
