Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse skilled in Operating Room procedures. This contract position is located in Gardendale, TX, within a well-equipped medical center known for its comprehensive surgical services.

Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience strongly preferred, with credentials including ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications. The role involves working a schedule of three 12-hour daytime shifts from 6 : 30 AM to 7 : 00 PM, specifically on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with no on-call requirements.

Key qualifications and experience include :

• Proven expertise in operating room nursing
• Familiarity with robotic XI and specialties such as orthopedic, spine / neuro, general surgery, gynecology, ENT, ophthalmology, pain management, urology, vascular, and trauma Level 2 cases
• Ability to complete a 3-4 day orientation
• Commitment to a December start date is strongly preferred

Responsibilities encompass supporting surgical teams across a spectrum of procedures with a focus on patient safety and efficient operating room practices.
