Legal Counsel - Project Finance and M&A (Houston)

We have partnered with a market leading IPP on a search for an experienced attorney with Project Finance, M&A & Transactions agreements. The prime focus of the individual will be to support the finance team in their formulation of term sheets, tax equity negotiations and tax credit monetizaton strategy in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, draft and advise on transaction contracts including project finance, capital markets and portfolio finance
• Collaborate with the finance, engineering and Asset Management teams to understand the operation of renewable systems for advising on applicable agreements.
• Advise on finance activities and draft associated agreements.
• Manage outside counsel where relevant
