About The Position
Job Title : Cath Lab Technologist

Hours per Shift : 6 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM or 7 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM, Monday to Friday

Certifications : BLS, ARRT required; ACLS preferred

Description :
This position requires a Cath Lab Technologist to work in a cardiac catheterization laboratory.
The technologist will scrub and monitor cardiac procedures including but not limited to STEMI, structural heart interventions, and various types of PCI.
The average case load is approximately 8-10 cases per day.
Required certifications include BLS and ARRT; ACLS certification is preferred.
Familiarity with MacLab and Cerner EMR systems is beneficial.
The role includes being on call for overnight and weekend shifts as required.
The response time for call is expected to be within 30 minutes.
This position does not allow self-scheduling, and all shifts are assigned by leadership.
Floating outside the Cath Lab is typically not required unless specific arrangements are made.
A standard dress code of hospital-provided surgical scrubs will be followed.
The orientation period includes both general hospital orientation and on-unit training.
Cancellation of shifts may occur under specific circumstances during the assignment period.
