Shift : 4 x 10-hour shifts per week (07 : 00 – 15 : 30)

Healthcare Setting : Hospital Operating Room (OR)

Estimated Weekly Salary : $2,280 - $2,450 per week

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State

At least 1 year of recent experience as an OR RN or perioperative nurse

Proficiency in cardiac, neuro, thoracic, orthopedic, and vascular surgical procedures

Ability to participate in cardiac call coverage (one weekend per month and once weekly)

BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)

Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills

OR RN Responsibilities

Deliver skilled nursing care to patients during surgical procedures in the operating room

Assist with cardiac, neuro, thoracic, orthopedic, and vascular surgeries

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Ensure strict adherence to sterile techniques and hospital safety protocols

Respond promptly to emergencies and participate in scheduled cardiac call rotations

Accurately document patient care and surgical activities in the EMR system
