Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist with at least 1 year of Siemens MRI experience and ARRT (MR), AHA BLS credentials for an evening shift assignment.

Responsibilities

Position is in a hospital radiology department on the MRI unit

Handles routine neuro, body, and MSK MRI exams using Siemens scanners including Vida, Aera, Skyra, and Avanto

No cardiac MRI exams are required

Evening shift schedule Monday through Friday, 3 : 00 PM to 11 : 30 PM

No weekends, no call, and no holiday coverage required

Flexible contract length from 13 to 26 weeks

First-time travelers are welcome to apply

PBDS Assessment is waived; ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate testing will be completed during orientation

Assignments at any single facility location are limited to 18 consecutive months, with a required 6-month break before returning

Dress code or scrubs policy is not specified

All time off requests must be discussed during the interview

Permanent staff cannot return to the facility for at least one year after their previous end date

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of MRI technologist experience required

Experience with all Siemens MRI scanners is required

ARRT (MR) and AHA BLS certifications required

Ohio license required (permanent or compact, as applicable)

License required if applicable

Two supervisory references in MRI from within the past 12 months are required for consideration

Must be nicotine-free with a negative 10-panel plus nicotine drug screen within 12 months of start

Active certifications only; no pending credentials will be accepted

Open background check cases are not accepted
