Medical Director (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) Post Acute Care –  Norwich, NY area

Position Highlights :

• Full-time or Part-Time medical director role in a post-acute care setting (4 days / week)
• Flexible weekday rounding schedule in skilled nursing facilities
• Provide direct patient care and clinical oversight
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, facility staff, and leadership
• Serve as a mentor and resource to advanced practice clinicians
• Represent the organization within the local post-acute care community
