Program Manager, Landfill

The Program Manager, Landfill is responsible for setting the strategy and executing the plan resulting in commercial growth and customer retention. The strategic plan, the fit selection of segments, services, and Arcwood's advantages will enable our growth goals. Working with the broader team to develop and manage Landfill services will ensure our Product Service Offering is a key differentiator for Arcwood.

This client-facing role combines technical environmental knowledge with strong sales acumen to identify customer needs, craft tailored solutions and manage the successful delivery of landfill services. The Program Manager works closely with Marketing and Sales, Customer Experience, and Operations teams to ensure high-quality, profitable, and compliant service execution.
