As a Virtual Banker Apprentice, you will support clients with their everyday banking needs, build trusted relationships, and help them navigate financial tools and digital solutions. This role is a great fit for candidates who enjoy client interaction, problem-solving, and supporting customers in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities :

• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and video while representing the Virtual Branch with professionalism and empathy.
• Build and deepen relationships using an advice-based, client-centered approach to understand financial needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Support clients with everyday banking needs, digital banking tools, and self-service troubleshooting (mobile app, online banking, ATMs).
• Identify opportunities to connect clients with specialists (Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, etc.) for more complex financial needs.
• Proactively research, resolve, and follow through on client issues in a dynamic environment.
• Maintain strong knowledge of banking policies, compliance expectations, and financial planning tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience and strong operational execution.
