Engineering Documentation Specialist

A leading aerospace and defense organization is launching a high-priority initiative to support its engineering team on a major international program. Due to delays in documentation, the engineering team requires support to refocus on core technical responsibilities. We are recruiting 25 specialists to assist with engineering documentation and administrative tasks. This is a critical ramp-up effort with potential for additional hiring phases.

Assist in organizing, updating, and maintaining engineering documentation using tools such as Windchill, Excel, and Microsoft Project.

Support project scheduling and coordination efforts.

Perform administrative tasks related to quality, materials planning, supply chain, scheduling, and program planning in a manufacturing or engineering environment.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.

We are seeking two types of candidates :

Entry-Level Engineers Ideal for recent graduates interested in long-term career opportunities. These candidates will perform engineering administrative work and may be considered for extension or conversion post-contract.

Administrative Professionals Candidates with experience supporting manufacturing or engineering functions such as quality, planning, supply chain, or sustainability.

Top skills :

Proficiency in Windchill (preferred for engineering candidates)

Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Project

Exceptional attention to detail

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00 / hr.
