Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable including invoicing and payment processing.
• Perform accurate and timely bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Process payroll including wage calculations deductions and tax filings.
• Maintain the general ledger posting journal entries for manufacturing costs and other transactions.
• Track and categorize expenses related to production raw materials and overhead.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements such as P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
