Requirements :

CPA or CPA-eligible preferred (required for Manager level and above)

Prior public accounting experience (varies by level)

Strong understanding of GAAP and audit procedures

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

A team-first attitude and a growth-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities (based on position) :

Perform or supervise audits of financial statements

Plan and execute fieldwork with attention to risk and quality

Review workpapers and ensure compliance with audit standards

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Mentor and support development of junior staff
