JOB FUNCTIONS Schedule and book reservations by telephone for Bellair Charters / Airporter Shuttle, Grape Line, Gold Line, when time permits Respond to customer emails Greeting customers who walk into the office Work as part of a team to grow and improve the business Assist with taking Greyhound and Grapeline reservations, taking care of any walk in customers.
REQUIREMENTS Strong customer service skills Attention to details Professional attitude and attire at all times Excellent written and verbal communications Ability to handle information confidentially Experience with Excel and Microsoft Word is preferred Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Friendly and upbeat personality Willing to work weekends COMPENSATION :
