Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to gather user requirements
• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings
• Create a cohesive style guide to ensure consistent design language is followed across the product
• Create prototypes, wireframes, and mock-ups to demonstrate the functioning and layout of the product
• Conduct usability testing to identify gaps in design and see if they can be further improved
• Responsible for staying current with new UI / UX developments and techniques
• Test applications for usability, in partnership with stakeholders and users
• Works in our Agile / Scrum environment, participating in and contributing to the ceremonies and processes (daily stand-ups, code reviews, sprint retrospectives, etc.) that keep the process continually improving
• Works on a development team which may include other technical professionals, subject matter experts, project stakeholders and executive leadership

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation : USD 50,000

Maximum Compensation : USD 175,000

Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
