We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities. Your ability to build relationships and manage the recruitment process effectively will ensure the success of our clients and candidates. Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and alignment with client needs.
  • Facilitate communication between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and uphold compliance with employment regulations.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with candidates and clients to create a reliable talent pipeline.
  • Monitor industry trends and hiring practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct background checks and verify references to ensure candidate suitability.
  • Utilize CRM and ERP tools to manage recruitment workflows effectively.
  • Engage in proactive outreach, including cold calling, to identify potential candidates.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing within an agency or corporate environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, and other recruitment tools.
  • Familiarity with labor market trends and industry-specific job roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to achieving recruitment goals.
  • Knowledge of background checks and benefit functions is highly desirable.
