Content Marketing Manager (Contract)
This is a 5-month contract assignment projected to last from December 2025 - May 2026.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development and execution of BHG's multi-channel marketing, content marketing, brand management, and sales support initiatives, aligned with marketing and business goals.
- Executes on annual communication plan and key messaging, editorial calendars, and compelling content. Assists with management of content creators, including freelance copywriters, BHG subject matter experts, agencies, and others.
- Strategizes, executes, and tracks marketing campaigns, videos, and collateral materials, such as treatment center brochures, posters, presentations, email campaigns, videos, and event deliverables across a variety of B2B and B2C communication channels.
- Manages creative and graphics deliverables using project management software (Monday.com) and coordinating projects with freelancers, agencies, and other resources. Provides project direction, writes project briefs, and manages reviews, deadlines, and budget.
- Oversees print portal with external vendor, including collateral and promotional items.
- Responsible for messaging and promotions for key national and regional events.
- Supports executive and internal communications with content development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
610 years of marketing experience within healthcare, behavioral health, or a related industry.Proven success developing and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with business goals and compliance requirements.Experience managing agencies, vendors, and creative resources to deliver high-quality materials across digital, print, events, and email channels.Strong background in content marketing, brand communications, and sales support.Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and subject matter experts to translate complex healthcare topics into clear, engaging messages.Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or a related field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strategic thinker, problem solver, relationship focused.Organized with strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.Independent, accountable work style with high emotional intelligence.Metrics-driven, yet creative.At BHG, we thrive on the greatness of our people.
