Technical Services Engineer

A company is looking for a Technical Services Engineer III to assist customers in implementing software solutions and interfaces. Key Responsibilities Conduct system demonstrations and assist customers with pre-go-live system reviews Develop and maintain expertise in configuring software solutions while ensuring project tasks and deliverables are met Collaborate with diverse teams and mentor junior team members to support skill development and improve service delivery Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or an associate's degree / certification with equivalent work experience 2-4 years of relevant experience in a technical role Experience in integrating third-party software, including APIs and web services Advanced experience in scripting / coding, including API, SQL, JSON, HTML, and XML Technical proficiency in operating systems and RDBMS, including MS SQL and AWS
