About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Client Services with a strong background in pharmaceutical advertising to lead a key client. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic vision and hands-on leadership in patient-focused communications, with a proven ability to create impactful campaigns across various channels, including TV and innovative, nontraditional formats. This role demands a leader who can build and sustain strong client relationships, drive creative and strategic excellence, and ensure that the work delivered is both meaningful and connects with audiences on a human and scientific level. The VP will also be tasked with account growth, overseeing project finances, and providing leadership and strategic guidance to the client services team.

Applicants must have at least 15 years of client service experience in the advertising industry, with a minimum of 10 years in pharmaceutical advertising. Expertise in brand launch strategy and integrated campaign development is essential, as is a strong background in both traditional and innovative campaign execution. The role requires a confident, polished, and highly collaborative communicator with a proven track record in managing complex client relationships. The VP will also be responsible for internal and external leadership, fostering a culture of collaboration, and ensuring the team is empowered to deliver the highest quality of work.
