Community Relations Outreach Coordinator

We’re looking for a people-person who loves building connections and making an impact. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face and trusted voice of our firm, strengthening relationships with past clients, following up with new leads, and creating partnerships in the community. You’ll help us grow our reach, keep clients supported, and make sure the community knows that Our Firm Cares. Responsibilities :

• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to former clients, warm leads, and referral sources to re-engage and build lasting relationships
• Maintain accurate call and meeting records in the client relationship management (CRM) system
• Conduct in-person site visits to business partners within the community to strengthen outreach and foster engagement
• Attend and represent the firm at local events, networking functions, and community programs
• Ensure timely and professional follow-up during all outreach activities
• Nurture long-term relationships by sharing firm updates, informing contacts of new services, and requesting referrals
• Collaborate with the marketing and intake teams to track and enhance lead conversion
• Provide weekly reports on outreach, conversion, and engagement metrics
• Support planning and execution of firm-hosted events, webinars, and client-facing initiatives
• Reliable transportation is required ; travel within Metro Atlanta is required for this role Qualifications :
• 2+ years of experience in community engagement, outreach, sales, customer service, or marketing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (phone, written, and in-person)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with CRM tools and tracking systems
• Confident public speaker and natural relationship-builder Compensation : $40,000 - $45,000 yearly

Compensation :

$40,000-$45,000 per year
