Job Details

Responsibilities

Diagnose, maintain, and repair a variety of vehicles and mechanical equipment, including trucks and trailers.

Perform preventive maintenance and ensure all work complies with company safety standards and DOT regulations.

Inspect and test vehicles to identify mechanical issues and determine the appropriate repair solutions.

Maintain accurate service and repair documentation.

Collaborate with supervisors and other technicians to prioritize repairs and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a fleet, diesel, or automotive mechanic.

Hands-on experience with diagnostics, hydraulics, brakes, and electrical systems.

Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred or willingness to obtain.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
