Digital Consultants is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to manage maintain and optimize the organizations IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in server administration network configuration and system performance optimization with proven experience in troubleshooting complex systems and ensuring operational continuity. This position plays a key role in supporting enterprise-level systems implementing security measures and maintaining data integrity across platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install maintain and provide general support for system hardware software and networks.
• Manage day-to-day configuration operation and performance of IT systems servers and applications.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to operating systems server hardware and applications software.
• Detect diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems on server desktop mobile and thin client systems.
• Conduct system vulnerability scanning and remediation ensuring compliance through STIG (Security Technical Implementation Guides) implementation and documentation.
• Assist end-users with system access functionality and technical issues.
• Provide full-time on-site technical support across multiple environments and security classifications.
• Install and configure new software releases system upgrades and patches using various means including WSUS WPP and MECM
• Conduct system backups recovery procedures and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
• Maintain system data files and monitor configuration to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
• Perform system capacity analysis forecasting and optimization to enhance resource utilization.
• Develop and implement IT policies procedures and standards to ensure compliance and system reliability.
• Define system requirements in collaboration with stakeholders ensuring scalability and compatibility with existing infrastructure.
