Title : Brand Partnership Manager

Employment Type : Full Time

Location : Remote USA

First Look :

Lead and manage the project lifecycle for creator-led / social partnerships with brands. These projects will sit across all Arena Group properties, including Sports Illustrated, Parade, TheStreet & Men’s Journal and be varying combinations of creative services, media, production, talent, and even product collaborations. This position will report to the Head of Creator Strategy & Social Partnerships.

The Arena Group’s expected annualized base salary range for this position is currently $65,000 - $80,000. Actual salaries will vary based on multiple factors including, but not limited to location, education, experience and other factors permitted by law. The listed salary range is but one component of The Arena Group’s total compensation and benefits available to its employees.

What You’ll DO :

  • End to end pre-sale and post-sale project management of brand partnerships.
  • Partnerships with brands (i.e. brand integrations) to be activated with creators and across Arena social channels
  • Work hand in hand with the creator division, content and social teams to develop compelling programs that leverage Arena assets to address client KPIs
  • Lead and Execute sold campaigns including :
  • Creative Briefing : Issue creator facing briefs and lead day-to-day communications for content development and launch in market
  • Content Review & Quality Control : Work closely with Client lead to give feedback and approve on all creator content. Tasks include compliance checks in line with local regulations and protocol, IP, alignment with brief and more.
  • Campaign Performance : Assist on overall campaign management, data capture, insights, optimizations and wrap reports

What You’ll BRING :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • 3+ years post-college experience producing, managing projects, coordinating teams, and / or other planning-related duties, preferably in the influencer marketing, media, or content creation industry.
  • Client-facing capabilities, including strong communication skills
  • A robust understanding of agency, media, and production processes.
  • A cool, calm and collected approach to problem solving.
  • Strong self-awareness and people-management skills
  • Be client-facing to speak to budget, timing, resource & process considerations
  • Familiarity with budget management and scope tracking (timing, deliverables)
