Travel Nurse RN - Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit - $2,272 per week in Great Falls, MT

Job Description : - Provide direct patient care from admission to discharge, including discharge planning. - Operate advanced medical equipment including central lines, A-lines, multiple IVs, balloon pumps, Impella pumps, and ventilators. - Provide care for patients requiring Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy. - Care for general medical and surgical patients on the inpatient unit. - Assess and implement established policies and procedures with minimal supervision. - Act as a clinical leader and assist in precepting staff. - Provide directions to RN, LPN, CNA, Housekeeping Staff, and Dietary Staff. - Work collaboratively and receive directions from Providers, Charge Nurse, Acute Care Director, and Chief Nursing Officer. - Flexible in caring for Progressive Care Unit (PCU) and Medical-Surgical patients if no ICU / CVICU patients are in-house. - Ability to adapt to rapid response and crisis situations.
