Job description

LHH is hiring a Floater Legal Secretary to join a law firm in Addison, TX . This fully onsite role offers a dynamic opportunity to support multiple legal practice areas while working closely with HR and the Controller. If you're flexible, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Benefits

  • Annual Salary Range : $60,000 - $65,000
  • 80 hours vacation and 48 hours personal time annually with additional week of vacation starting at year six
  • No parking fees

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal secretary support across all sections, especially Business Litigation
  • Deliver cross-functional assistance in Family Law, Real Estate, Property Tax, and Trust & Estate matters as needed
  • Manage Outlook calendars and schedules
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Offer administrative support to HR and Controller during periods of lower legal workload

    • Qualifications

  • 2+ years of legal secretary experience
  • Litigation experience required (Commercial Litigation preferred)
  • Strong technical and operational skills
  • Basic HR skills preferred
