Monitor and report on sales metrics and effectiveness of business development initiatives. Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Qualifications : 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in hospitality. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
