Job description

Are you an experienced VP of Finance within a consulting agency environment? Do you have knowledge of providing executive financial reports, strong forecasting and M&A experience in a scaling company? If yes, then this Direct Hire, VP of Finance position with a Phoenix-based company may be for you!

This VP of Finance role is a strategic and operational leader responsible for ensuring the financial integrity, forecasting accuracy, and fiscal health of the company. Acting as a Financial Business Partner, this role will own budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and resource optimization, while collaborating across departments to monitor profitability, performance, and cash flow. Reporting directly to the President and CEO, while providing strategic financial insight and accountability while managing the company’s financial infrastructure with adaptable precision.

  • KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) that drive financial effeciencies in a growing environment
