Senior Solution Architect (Montvale, NJ - Hybrid)

Location : Montvale, NJ (Hybrid - 3 days in the office)

Salary : Up to $190,000, commensurate with experience

Overview

Our client is hiring a Senior Solution Architect to define architecture, design integrations, and guide full-stack development across multiple platforms for this growing 200 employee healthcare company. This role blends technical depth with communication and leadership-turning complex architecture into clear, actionable solutions. You'll work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient systems.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and solution design across web, data, and integration layers.
• Lead front-end and full-stack delivery using React / Next.js, modern JavaScript, and back-end services (Node.js, .NET, or Java).
• Architect and implement headless CMS platforms (Contentful, Sanity, Strapi, or AEM Headless), including content models, APIs, and delivery workflows.
• Integrate CRM (Salesforce), CMS, and analytics systems into a unified, scalable platform.
• Translate complex architecture into clear, business-aligned plans and communicate design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance to distributed and offshore teams, ensuring design quality and timely delivery.
• Uphold coding, security, and testing standards while driving consistency across teams.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure architectural decisions align with broader business goals.
